Refund & Quality Assurance Policy
We aim to deliver watches exactly as described and shown in our advertisements.

Damage Policy:
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof at team.orkanix@gmail.com or +92 314 9177223.

Quality-Based Refund (Limited):
Quality-related refunds are only applicable to watches where specific quality claims or brand comparisons (such as Patek Philippe–level finishing or detailing) were explicitly discussed or shown in the advertisement at the time of purchase.

For all other watches, slight variations in finishing, color, or feel are considered normal and do not qualify for a quality-based refund.
